Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong item or size delivered
• Significant difference from the product description

Size Exchanges Since uniforms need a correct fit, we offer size exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order items (name embroidery, custom sizing outside standard range, institutional branding)
• Bulk institutional orders (governed by the terms agreed at the time of order)
• Items returned without original packaging/tags, or showing signs of wear

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 76185 11515) or email within the eligibility window, with your order number and photos if the issue is a defect
2. We’ll confirm the return/exchange and provide instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method; exchanges are dispatched within 7 days

Refund Method Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via UPI.
